Job description
The Analyst will contribute to the company’s success by reviewing and analyzing data and reports in support of training and development initiatives across the organization. This role will work closely with leadership to ensure that these efforts are delivered by ensuring the process includes efficient operational planning, solid communication plans, and appropriate follow up steps to those requesting metrics and reports. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Assess the current state of training and learning initiatives, metrics, and reporting. Create methods to automate reporting and analysis functions for the department. Create and structure data points to support common reporting needs for the department. Provide expertise to the department on data available for analysis in conjunction with training datapoints. Provide new reporting solutions for training effectiveness. Provide input to analyze program metrics in meaningful ways. Communicate with the necessary team members, departments, end users, and vendors to understand the available data for effective analysis.
