Responsibilities: - Review all invoices for assigned vendors for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment - Prepare and process payment of invoices, including check, ACH, and wire transfers - Process 3-way purchase order match for invoices into SAP ERP system; reconcile vendor statements, credit cards, discrepancies, and overpayments - Provide accurate documentation and records management in accordance with company policy and general accounting practices and principles - Respond to all inquiries from internal and external customers utilizing the shared mailbox - Perform general office assignments as needed to support the team Requirements: - 1+ years of experience in accounting support - Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality - Effective organizat...
