Schedule: - Days and evenings - Holiday rotations required - Weekend rotations may be required Job Description Summary: Assists radiologic technologists in preparing patients for procedures, positioning patients, and operating imaging equipment. Job Description: Essential Functions: - Prepares patients for radiologic procedures by explaining the process and positioning them correctly. - Operates and maintains radiologic equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition. - Assists radiologic technologists in performing diagnostic imaging procedures. - Monitors patients during procedures to ensure their safety and comfort. - Maintains patient records and ensures that all necessary information is accurately documented. - Follows safety protocols to minimize radiation exposure to patients and staff. Education Requirement: - High School graduate or equivalent, required. - Current student ofan accredited Radiologic Technology Program, preferred. Licensure Requirement: (not specified) Certifications: CPR certification, required.
