Through analytical business process outcomes provides operational, technical and administrative programmatic activities, and implements and manage the needed directions and manuals to meet the agency wide programs for CHS field operations. Characteristic activities include the responsibility to review and determine corrections to administrative CHS involved programs; budget and financial development, business processes; business manager’s organizational development and needs assessments. Independently designs course curricula based on business process analytical outcomes of CHS business programs, developing lesson plans & instructional materials.
