Your new role: As HR Business Partner, you'll be part of the People & Organisation Team (P&O) and act as a trusted partner to the P&O Director, driving the full employee lifecycle and ensuring HR excellence across our Belgium & Luxembourg affiliate. This is a role where strategic thinking meets hands-on execution while ensuring the confidentiality of all business matters. In this position your ability to balance people-focus with process rigor will make a tangible difference. Day-to-day your tasks will include: - Collaborating with the P&O Director to align People strategy with local business objectives and ensure effective implementation - Driving continuous improvements in HR policies, processes and systems by staying ahead of market trends and best practices - Supporting end-to-end talent management including recruitment, onboarding, development initiatives, succession planning and diversity programmes.
