The Opportunity The Senior Business Systems Manager, Workfront is responsible for owning and evolving how work flows through the Premium Learning Subscription organization. This role designs and implements an end-to-end Workfront operating model that connects intake, prioritization, execution, and reporting into a cohesive, scalable system. The role balances organizational and workflow design with hands-on platform ownership, ensuring Workfront enables clarity, consistency, and operational efficiency as the business grows. This role entails both designing system architectures and implementing them directly. The ideal candidate will take pride in transforming complex requirements into straightforward, practical solutions within the tool.
