Job Title: Senior Vice President, Non-Agency Trading Location: CA - Westlake Village What you'll do: The SVP, Trader (Non-Agency) will lead the development and execution of the firm’s Non QM and AUS Jumbo whole loan trading strategy. This role is responsible for pricing, execution, margin management, and counterparty relationships across flow, bulk, and securitization outlets. The SVP Trader will play a critical role in scaling Non Agency originations while optimizing best execution and production P&L. This position requires deep expertise in Non QM credit, whole loan trading, secondary marketing, and non agency capital markets, with the ability to partner cross functionally across sales, operations, risk, and finance. Trading & Execution Leadership Lead Non‑QM and Jumbo whole‑loan trading activities, including flow and bulk executions, investor bid processes, and trade allocation decisions. Determine best‑execution strategies, including whole‑loan sales versus securitization alternatives, to optimize profitability.
