Works with clients in a clinic, school, or community setting. May work with clients in a virtual platform when appropriate. Connect clients to services, support, and resources. Work directly with clients to assess health, create plans, and evaluate progress. Responsible for the development and implementation of treatment plans. Essential Responsibilities: QualificationsPosition Requirements - Diagnose and treat mental health disorders in one or more of the following settings: home, office, school, or community settings. - Facilitate sessions with individuals, couples, groups, or families. - Refer clients to other necessary service providers. - Complete initial and ongoing mental health outcome measurements. - Create a treatment plan and implement it based on each client’s recovery vision and needs. - Monitor client progress during treatment and modify approach as necessary. - Communicate and coordinate with families...
