Job Title: Sr. Loan Operations Administrator II Location: AZ - Chandler 3075 What you'll do: As a Banking Operations / Product Design Analyst you will be oversee a full range of activities to ensure the operational effectiveness and accurate data collection within banking systems and processes. You will provide expertise to lead initiatives focused on reimagining operational processes by designing technical solutions that support internal business units. Working with cross-operational teams, you will develop a deep understanding of current and future processes, create intuitive user-friendly designs, and manage these solutions through development, testing and delivery. Key responsibilities include project management and collaborating with stakeholders to develop effective process solutions and business requirements.
