YOUR ROLE: The ITSM Asset Manager is responsible for the full lifecycle of hardware and software assets, ensuring accurate data in the CMDB and effective governance of Asset & Configuration Management processes. The role focuses on cost optimization, compliance, data quality, and close collaboration with IT, vendors, and service partners.
