Work schedules may vary week to week, month to month, or seasonally based on operational needs. Summary: Omaha’s Henry Doorly Zoo & Aquarium is seeking an organized, detail oriented, and guest focused individual to provide administrative and clerical support within the Guest Services Department. This position serves as a guest services ambassador, representing the Zoo with professionalism, warmth and courtesy while ensuring that visitors receive accurate information. Primary responsibilities include answering phones, responding to guest inquiries, performing data entry, processing forms, and assisting with ticketing or membership transactions.
