Learning and Development Internship

Job description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our Learning & Development (L&D) team. In this role, you will contribute to various data-driven initiatives, knowledge management, and community-building efforts within our organization. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the people functions of a nonprofit setting. This is a 15-hour per week internship, with the potential for a longer-term engagement. Key Responsibilities: Employee Experience Survey (EES) Pulse Check and ERG Member Survey: Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting related to these important employee feedback mechanisms. L&D Knowledge Management System: Organize and update materials related to the Individual Professional Development (IPD) fund, and support the restructuring of the Employee Resource Hub.
