If so, we are currently looking for a Shift Supervisor to join our team! Our frontline leadership team includes eight Shift Supervisors that lead over 200 employees across our three main operational departments, as well as various support departments. Our opening is on the straight 12 hour night shift which works a 2, 2, 3 schedule from 6pm-6am. What you will do: - Foster a safe work environment and lead by example, adhering to and enforcing all safety and regulatory procedures. Promptly acting on unsafe situations. - Act as the Emergency Coordinator for the plant during off hours. - Provide daily work assignments to team members, helping them establish daily goals, and reviewing daily achievements. - Mobilize workforce in response to machine breakdowns, quality issues, employee call-ins. - Take appropriate...
