Job Description: Origination and Execution Banker Vice President: ABS Primary Desk – Mortgage and Real Estate Finance New York: Business/Role Specific Description: You will be a member of Deutsche Bank’s Mortgage and Real Estate Finance team that is part of the broader ABS Primary franchise. The role focuses on leading the origination, structuring, syndication and execution of ABS new issue and asset finance transactions in the mortgage and real estate sectors. Candidate will be responsible for all aspects of deal execution from client acquisition to documenting credit facilities, approving asset fundings, risk managing the credit facilities and structuring, marketing and closing associated securitizations. In such role, you will interact with a wide variety of stakeholders and transaction participants, both internally and externally, requiring strong communication skills, both written and oral.
