We’re seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Insurance Optimisation to join our high-performing Member Services Performance (MSP) team. This is a pivotal leadership role where you’ll influence outcomes across our insurance ecosystem, drive governance excellence, and partner with senior stakeholders to optimise performance and member outcomes. Reporting to the Head of Member Services Performance, you’ll work closely with the MSP team, the Chief Experience Officer, Line 1 Risk, Enterprise Risk and Regulatory, Compliance and Legal teams - while managing critical relationships with our insurers and external partners.
