Senior Director, Marketing and Public Relations (Hybrid role based in Reston, Virginia) Position Overview: We’re hiring a Senior Director of Marketing & Public Relations to elevate the visibility, reputation, influence and adoption of our solutions across high-growth markets, including energy, environment and infrastructure. As the industry undergoes rapid transformation amid the increase in energy demand, this role will shape how ICF shows up—crafting narratives, positioning our expertise, and driving top‑of‑funnel awareness that ultimately fuels demand and business growth. You will develop integrated marketing and communications strategies that build brand awareness, deepen audience engagement, and support pipeline growth.
