Senior Planning Lead Senior Planning Lead Location: Leeds or Dublin (hybrid): Contract type: permanent: The Role: As a Senior Planning Lead, you will be accountable for shaping, embedding and continuously evolving planning and delivery frameworks across multiple streams. You will play a critical leadership role in aligning strategy to execution, improving predictability and enabling high-performing teams at scale. You will work closely with senior team members across Product, Engineering, Architecture and Delivery to drive consistent planning practices, resolve systemic delivery challenges and uplift organisational planning maturity. This role requires strong judgement, influence, and the ability to lead through complexity.
