POSITION SUMMARY: The Manager Digital Marketing - Email is responsible for leading and executing the Republic Services email marketing and digital lead management strategy through use of marketing automation technology. This includes using Republic Services’ marketing automation and CRM to build and execute plans to deliver goals in customer acquisition, retention and enhancement of the customer experience. This role involves developing and implementing email campaigns and customer journeys, monitoring and optimizing performance, evaluating and improving digital lead processes and identifying new opportunities to advance the Company’s objectives through email marketing, marketing automation and digital lead management. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Leads Republic Services’ email marketing, digital lead management and marketing automation strategy Develops and evaluates email marketing programs based on campaign goals, including driving engagement, conversion and retention Builds and optimizes prospect and customer communication journeys Works collaboratively across departments to manage programs from creation through execution Analyzes campaigns regularly (i.e. open rates, click-thro...
