Overview Lead Plastic Injection Molding: Location: Brenham, TX Hours: 7:00 am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday. One shift facility Pay: Starting at $25.00 per hour (based on experience) Job Overview: Mechanical Rubber Texas is looking for an experienced Lead Plastic Injection Molding Operator who can run machines, solve problems on the floor, and help lead a small team. This is a working lead position — you’ll be hands-on with setups, mold changes, and troubleshooting while keeping production moving and quality on point.
