The goal of our research program is to understand the complex signaling networks that regulated resistance to KRAS inhibition. We study the role of oncogenic KRAS in human cancer cells, using diverse methodology, including protein biochemistry, live cell imaging, pharmacological approaches, in vivo models and novel protein biologics as therapeutics.
