Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. - 2 years of experience programming in Python, C++, or Java. - 1 year of experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX. - Experience in performance optimization, including profiling, debugging, and the efficiency of large-scale systems. Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field. - Experience in optimizing large-scale machine learning models, specifically Large Language Model (LLMs). - Experience with hardware-level performance optimization on Graphics Processing Units (GPUs) or Tensor Processing Units (TPUs). - Knowledge of model quantization, distillation, or other model compression techniques. - Familiarity with distributed systems and high-performance computing.
