Location: Düsseldorf (on-site): Position Summary: The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for all aspects of the accounts receivable function. Working as a team member in the accounts department, the candidate will be responsible for making decisions with the guidance of the Accounts Manager. The ideal candidate will be hard working and enthusiastic with the ability to meet strict deadlines. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Review Cash, AR and AP reconciliations Review, enter and approve new customer/supplier accounts Carry out continuous reviews of working accounting practices and processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations Assist with the ideas and implementation of new processes Support credit control function: Review and approve cases in SalesForce Assist with relevant internal and external audits Work with other department to solve customer queries Provide cover within department...
