Senior Manager, Manufacturing Product & Test Engineering

Job description

The Senior Manager of Manufacturing Product & Test Engineering is a leadership role responsible for ensuring that products are designed, validated, and manufactured with robust, scalable, and cost-effective test solutions. This leader will lead product engineering, test engineering, and new product introduction (NPI) through mass production activities within manufacturing, ensuring seamless transition from design to high-volume production. The role partners closely with design, quality, and external partners to deliver high-quality, reliable products while optimizing test coverage, yield, and cost. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership & Execution: - Lead NPI readiness and manufacturing ramp strategies to ensure successful product launches. - Product Engineering - Oversee product engineering activities supporting manufacturing, including BOM management, configuration control, and engineering change implementation (ECO/ECN). - Ensure design for manufacturability (DFM), design for testability (DFT), and design for reliability (DFR) principles are embedded in product development. - Drive root cause analysis and resolution of product-related issues in production and the field. - T...
