The expected qualifications for the person filling this position are as follows: - Must have at least 20 years of experience as a Senior Planner/Military Analyst in Army Aviation. - Must possess experience successfully developing executive (2-4 star level) briefings, speeches, information papers, and professional journal articles relating to Army aviation operations, training, doctrine, and program management. - Must be able proof-read and edit the work of others to improve quality, and identify and correct errors. - Must be able to interpret guidance and quickly incorporate changes into draft products to achieve timelines. - Must have an active personnel security clearance at the Secret Security Clearance level - The location is Fort Rucker, AL.
