Description The Department of Food, Nutrition, and Packaging Sciences at Clemson University is seeking a lecturer for a fulltime (100% Teaching and Advising; teach six to seven, 3-credit courses per academic year and advise each semester), 9- month non-tenure track position in Nutrition. This individual will have a background in human nutrition or related field with a preference for applicants who have formal education and/or teaching experience including, but not limited to Nutrition Counseling, Nutrition for Nursing (includes some MNT content), Life Cycle Nutrition, and Introduction to Nutrition. The successful candidate is expected to teach undergraduate nutrition classes that fulfill departmental needs and are within the candidate's expertise area. The Chair in the Department of Food, Nutrition, and Packaging Sciences in the College of Agriculture, Forestry and Life Sciences will supervise the successful candidate and assign coursework.
