The VPK, Voluntary Prekindergarten Education Program, prepares early learners for success in kindergarten and beyond. VPK helps build a strong foundation for school using educational material corresponding to various stages in a child's development. The VPK Lead Teacher is responsible for all aspects of planning, assessing and instructing 4-year old's, based on needs of each child, and the requirements of the program. As a Lead VPK Teacher, you’ll: We want energetic, dependable, passionate individuals who are at least 18 and have: - Create! Develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers. - Care! Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the preschool children in your class. - Call the shots! Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus be an expert on all licensing guidelines, company standards and VPK program requirements. - Communicate!
