Overview: ***Must be in commutable distance of Nashville, TN*** Responsible for managing production graphic art requests from internal customers, as assigned by the Production Graphics Manager. Responsibilities: - Format multiple production graphic assets to support different business units; - Adhere to the work instructions, training, guides, and other resources provided; - Execute a variety of production graphic requests in a timely and professional manner; - Adhere to project due dates and turnround times per the workflow process; - Adhere to email etiquette templates when corresponding with the CSR; - Adhere to the work instructions for saving production artwork; - Adhere to the various brand guides (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, or ATM) - Complete assigned project from start to finish, which may include color corrections, revisions, fixing production issues, custom design work, etc - Maintain the Production Assignment Sheet/Lytho software in real time; - Information must be accurate and up to date at all times ; - Fill out NOTES for visibility and tracking purposes; - Maintain a focused and efficient creative workflow, using best practices and meeting all deadlines; - Coll...
