Technical Trainer

Job description

As a Technical Trainer you will develop, maintain and deliver technical training programs to the Porsche Centre’s, ensuring commercial and operational requirements are always considered. Responsibilities: - Deliver technical and product training across multiple locations using in‑person and digital methods. - Oversee training delegates and ensure full compliance with health and safety standards. - Collaborate with external technical training partners as required. - Support the creation and delivery of technical training, including new models, product launches, and recognition/retention programmes. - Provide competency and skills feedback to Porsche Centres, PRIRs, and other relevant third parties. - Share technical expertise and training support with internal departments. - Maintain up‑to‑date Porsche product knowledge and complete required Trainer Qualification and TTT programmes. - Apply modern training best practices to ensure alignment with Porsche Service Core Process Strategies and Service Quality standards. - Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and certification data using Porsche systems. - Review and update course content, support training facility operations,...
