The Oskaloosa plants include iron and brass foundries, a machine shop, assembly, finished goods warehousing, shipping and administrative offices. Purpose: The Tooling Engineer proactively partners with both internal and external customers to understand all tooling demands and drives casting excellence by applying forward-thinking tooling technologies that ensure manufacturing excellence. Sustainability: -98% of castings produced without tooling-related defects. -Total hours of production downtime related to tooling failures per month. Customer Experience: -Establish appropriate average time to respond and support tooling-related production concerns. -Establish appropriate average time from tooling request to release.
