Job description

The TPR Compliance Officer reports directly to USPI Group Compliance Lead, who reports directly to the USPI Chief Compliance Officer and VP of Compliance Operations. The TPR Compliance Officer is responsible for managing the implementation of Tenet’s Ethics and Compliance Program in his or her assigned region. The TPR Compliance Officer’s general duties and responsibilities encompass implementing Tenet’s systems, processes, and policies designed to ensure compliance with federal healthcare program requirements. The TPR Compliance Officer is also responsible for overseeing the implementation of the Quality, Compliance and Ethics Charter in his or her assigned region. Responsibilities and activities: - Provide compliance leadership in assigned region on issues concerning ethics and compliance matters, including recommending controls designed to ensure compliance. - Work collaboratively with facility and regional leadership within assigned territory to ensure ethics and compliance, privacy/security program development and implementation. - Establish effective working relationships and build credibility with stakeholders to support a culture of ethics and compliance. - Interface direct...
