Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 10 years of experience working on technology policy issues within government, think tanks, public interest groups, law, or relevant industry associations. Preferred qualifications: - Experience with Federal and Provincial lobbying, commensurate legislative, or executive branch experience. - Experience representing a company or industry association in the Cloud, Internet, or Technology sector. - Experience in enterprise software and policy issues relevant to government procurement, national security, data sovereignty, and cloud adoption (e.g., Protected B compliance and Canadian Defense policy). - Excellent leadership skills, including the ability to collaborate with multiple teams simultaneously, and work independently. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, along with attention to detail.
