Job description

Leads Agile delivery for multiple teams or a complex initiative. Mentors junior Scrum Masters and drives continuous improvement across Agile practices. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience - Lead Scrum ceremonies across multiple teams - Mentor and coach junior Scrum Masters - Identify and resolve systemic impediments - Ensure that goals, scope and product backlog items are understood and can be fulfilled by team members - Collaborate with Product Owner, customers and developers to identify and clarify scope - Collaborate with leadership to align Agile delivery with strategic goals - Represent the team in the Scrum of Scrums (SoS), helping the team remain aware of engagement opportunities and program effectiveness - Monitor ADO dashboards, and track progress toward PI objectives - Promote Agile maturity and continuous improvement - May perform other duties as assigned - 5+...
