As Principal Product Designer at NiCE , you will own the design quality and experience across our product portfolio. You will set the design standard for the platform, ensure consistency across all product areas, and drive the completion and governance of our internal design system. This is not a hands off leadership role. You will remain deeply involved in the craft of design, setting the bar through your own work while reviewing and elevating the work of others. Your goal is to ensure that every part of the product feels cohesive, intentional, and built as part of one unified system. You will act as the design authority across a distributed product organization where Product Managers prototype using Figma Make.
