Job Title Global Program Lead, Client Transformation Job Description Summary: This individual will be accountable for leading a global multi-disciplined project team to ensure that a successful transition of new client accounts and/or expanded account responsibilities. Role requires client facing programmatic leadership and may include leading other client programs, transformation, or improvement efforts. Interacting with stakeholders across multiple geographies functions and layers of the organization, this person will provide both hands on support as well as team leadership in the handoff between the solution design and implementation, assessment of risks related to meeting contractual deliverables and the delivery of our best-in-class solutions to each account.
