Join our Toyota Material Handling Team as a Welding Associate The Role: We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Welding Associate who brings strong decision-making and expertise to the table. In this role, the p rimary duty in to ensure welding quality and productivity standards that meet Toyota Material Handling's standards along with maintaining a safe working condition for yourself and others around you. What You’ll Be Doing: - Ensure safety of welding operations through knowledge and training of welding techniques - Continually operate in a safe manner by always following Toyota Material Handling's (TMH) safe practices - Utilize MIG welding style as primary weld technique - Perform gas cutting and finishing, along with joint leakage checks as necessary - Utilize industrial tools to grind metal parts as part of the forklift assembly process.
