We are hiring for a Field Survey Technician to join our team on a full-time, direct basis at our office in Milton, DE . The Survey Technician supports the land surveying team by processing incoming data and producing final project deliverables. In this entry-level role, you will provide office production support across survey activities and assist both office and field staff under the direction of the Senior Survey Project Manager. Primary Responsibilities: - Process survey data using current CAD standards; evaluate accuracy and ensure compliance with project requirements and applicable professional standards under the direction of your supervisor and a licensed professional - Monitor field crew production and provide quality assurance support - Research historical maps, land records, prior surveys, and title reports - Prepare survey computations, staking/control exhibits, and crew instructions for construction staking and field survey projects - Prepare cadastral maps, existing-conditions plans, and plats from field and office data using AutoCAD Civil 3D - Perform initial quality control of field deliverables in accordance with standards and best practices - Coordinate with your s...
