Job description

Baristas expertly craft coffee, tea, and cocktail offerings while providing a strong sense of knowledge and hospitality to guests. They will also assist in all aspects of FOH, including running food and drink, clearing tables, and greeting guests. All baristas will exemplify our core values, connecting with guests in a professional manner to ensure excellence in service. Duties and Responsibilities: - Arrive to work every day with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, & prepared for the shift. - Operate as service well and support servers during brunch shifts. - Know the table numbers and position numbers in all sections of the restaurant. - Set up bar station in a timely manner, working alongside coworkers to make sure that the mise en place is always set to standard & ready for a busy afternoon of service. - Serve alcoholic beverages only to guests over 21 years of age. Check ID’s every time, without exception. Get your manager involved if needed. - Know and execute the service expectations outlined in the service manual. - Help to promote a safe and clean environment for co-workers, and guests.
