Job description

As the Receiver, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the receiving processes within the plant. This role involves preparing outbound shipments and ensuring that records are accurately maintained in the process. To excel in this role, you will possess strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Location: 140 Consolidated Drive, Paris, ON Dedicated Shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm, Monday – Friday Job Duties: - Receiving shipments; unload trucks and deliveries, inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage, record and update inventory levels and sort / stock receivables. - Load, unload, move and pack products and materials by hand or with material handling equipment (forklift, walkies, pump cart, cranes) - Ensures that all products are moved and stored in a safe manner. - Assist in counting and organizing product when required. - Professionally responds to calls / emails from external and internal customers. - Follow written directions; interpret schedules and shipping documents - Cooperatively works with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the work process by analyzing activities, identifying...
