Sitting at the intersection of Operations, Product, and Customer Experience , the Operations Manager role will play a key part in shaping how Selfwealth by Syfe operates as we scale in Australia. This is a hands-on role for an experienced operator who wants to go beyond managing workflows and actively build and evolve how operations works . You’ll lead a team responsible for core processes, while partnering closely with Product and Technology to design and embed new ways of operating as the platform grows.
