Mental Health Clinic - Psychiatric Case Worker Valley Health Partners, Allentown, PA: Job Summary: Provides case management services; supports counseling, patient and family education, and crisis intervention; and provides utilization review and discharge planning services under the supervision of department leadership Qualifications: Education: Experience: Training: - Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related mental health field.
