Anticipated hiring range: $47,250- $50,000 The person in this position must possess the specialized knowledge necessary to work with college autistic students and must consistently stay up to date on research/best practices related to this work and coaching strategies through collaboration with program leadership. The person in this position must maintain organized and professional relationships with academic partners while assessing the effectiveness of the academic engagement of Mosaic students and the effectiveness of coaching strategies. This person would carry a large caseload of students for academic, social, and executive function coaching while also recruiting tutors for extended study hours. This person would research UDL strategies and best practices for supporting autistic college students in the classroom and will collaborate with Mosaic leadership to create and deliver workshops to academic departments and support staff on our campus.
