Program Manager – Intelligence Support Location: Fort Meade, MD: Clearance Required: Current Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) Leidos is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a large, diverse team supporting critical Counterintelligence (CI), Counterterrorism (CT), and HUMINT missions at Fort Meade. This role oversees a broad intelligence support scope, including analytical operations, cyber and forensics support, technology protection, and advanced computer science functions that directly enable national‑level investigations and mission success. Primary Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of 100+ personnel across multiple locations, ensuring seamless support to CI, CT, and HUMINT mission partners. - Oversee intelligence, analytical, cyber, forensics, technology protection, and computer science functions supporting investigative and operational requirements. - Manage all aspects of program performance, including cost, schedule, risk, and deliverables , ensuring alignment with customer expectations and mission priorities. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with government customers, mission partners, and internal stakeholders. - Ensure effective utilization of syste...
