Position Summary: Responsible for maintenance, service and repairs of off-campus owned and leased real estate to assure the safe and reliable operation of the buildings and equipment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Ability to analytically think and reason, diagnose problems, determine if the work can be self-performed or if outside resource needs to be contacted. Must be able to operate hand, power, and specialty tools to perform all required maintenance duties. Knowledgeable in all areas of building operations and maintenance, including but not limited to; carpentry, electrical, HVAC, painting & plumbing. Maintain, repair and replace doors, frames, and hardware. Maintain and repair drywall partitions, acoustical ceiling systems, and VCT flooring.
