Engineer II or III - Substation Application SUMMARY: Mortenson is currently seeking a Engineer II or III - Substation Application that will provide technical leadership and application-level engineering support for substation projects during pursuit, early design, estimating, and third-party review phases. This role bridges conceptual design and execution by developing preliminary substation designs, evaluating technical risks, supporting equipment selection, and advising project teams and clients on substation scope, constructability, and cost drivers. This position offers opportunities at both levels 2 and 3, allowing candidates to apply based on their experience and qualifications. Compensation for this role is determined based on factors such as experience and location.
