Description MASS MoCA is entering an exciting period of growth and opportunity as the museum advances the vision outlined in its Strategic Plan and continues to expand the role of its campus as a hub for artists, cultural organizations, creative businesses, and community partners. The Senior Manager, Real Estate plays a central role in activating and supporting MASS MoCA’s leasing campus. This position blends tenant and property management, program coordination and activations, and project management in support of creative placemaking goals to ensure public spaces, retail tenants, and campus partners are meaningfully integrated into the broader MASS MoCA and North Adams community. The position requires someone who is comfortable working across these domains, ensuring that campus spaces, tenants, and initiatives operate cohesively while supporting MASS MoCA’s broader strategic goals.
