Position Summary: A Penske Logistics Business Analyst manages multiple streams of data, develops visualizations, and implements strategic solutions. This work brings insights, which drives actions for the larger team. This role supports one account in the Supply Chain Management division of Penske. Good communication, time management, and attention to detail are essential. This role frequently collaborates with other groups to find solutions and share best practices in data management and visualization, and it requires cross-functional engagement with both internal and external stakeholders. A successful Business Analyst provides tactical support to enhance the strategic mission of the team, ensuring customer goals are met, in partnership with leaders and colleagues. They are enthusiastic about data, metrics, and logistics. Data management, including modeling and cataloguing, is their expertise. They are curious thinkers, creative problem solvers, and are eager to grow their career in a supportive and highly collaborative environment.
