Atlantic Fields is seeking a Director of Preconstruction to join the Development Department. In this role, you will be part of creating the Discovery Land Company experience for our members and fellow employees. Job Summary: Discovery Land Company is seeking an elite Director of Preconstruction to own and drive all preconstruction activity across its luxury residential communities. This role commands everything that happens before a shovel hits the ground: strategic planning, budgeting, design coordination, monitoring permitting, procurement, and the preconstruction master scheduling that ensures field execution can launch with precision.
