Our Internal Data team powers decisions and applications across MongoDB, supporting teams in Go-to-Market (GTM), Product and Technology, Finance, and HR. As MongoDB scales, we are making a significant investment in becoming a truly Data-Driven Enterprise — one built on trusted, governed golden data assets, world-class self-serve capabilities, and AI-ready data infrastructure. This is a rare opportunity to lead a high-visibility, company-defining initiative that will transform how MongoDB teams access, trust, and act on data. This role can be based in one of our major U.S. offices (New York City, Austin, Palo Alto, or San Francisco) under our hybrid working model, or remotely within the United States. As Senior Director of Data Product Management, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution of MongoDB's internal data product portfolio, with an initial focus on Go-to-Market (GTM) functions including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
