We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join the Resort as Director, Design and Development. In this key role, you will be responsible for leading the planning, design, development, and delivery of a diverse portfolio of capital projects, including renovations, rehabilitations, and selected ground-up construction projects across the Disneyland Paris Resort. The portfolio covers a wide variety of large-scale projects across the two theme parks, Disney Village, and supporting buildings and infrastructure for Disney-owned and managed properties. Varying in scale, complexity, and operational impact, these projects offer a unique opportunity to shape creative, functional, and sustainable design solutions within one of Europe’s leading entertainment destinations.
