Status: Full-time Reports to: Warehouse Manager Location: Brampton Distribution Center Shift: Monday – Friday Afternoons 2:00pm to 10:30pm The pay range for the role is $62,600 to $104,300 plus bonus, comprehensive benefits, retirement savings plan, paid vacation, and other perks and opportunities. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the scope of this position involves hands-on coordinating and managing the operations of both the finished goods and raw material warehouses, ensuring that HACCP regulations are followed, and exceptional customer service levels are maintained. This position is responsible for ensuring the safe, timely and accurate loading and unloading of transport trucks Key Accountabilities: - Run warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with all safety standards and HACCP regulations - Supervision of warehouse staff, coordinate and prioritize workflow, provide training, performance evaluation and disciplinary procedures - Responsible as a super user of the warehouse management system - Recommend and implement changes to improve processes and productivity to ensure warehouse runs in an accurate and efficient manner - Ensure warehouse facility is kept clean, all stoc...
